VII. Products<\/h3>\n

The products will be delivered based on your order, subject to availability. Thus, the Company reserves the right not to honor an order, if the respective product no longer exists in the Company's stock for various reasons. \nPlease fill in the form correctly and indicate the persons to whom the invoice is made and the delivery is made. XII. Delivery and return<\/h3>\n

The products will be delivered anywhere in the country (the Republic of Moldova) and outside the country (except for certain areas) through courier companies. \nIn case of local deliveries, Ninox predominantly uses the courier services of the FAN Courier company, which offers customers the best fast delivery services in the \"door-to-door\" system under maximum safety conditions for domestic shipments. FAN Courier guarantees the delivery of any domestic shipment in good condition and in full confidentiality, anywhere on the territory of the Republic of Moldova within 24 (twenty-four hours), without exceeding 2 (two) working days. Delivery times do not include public holidays, force majeur and fortuitous case.<\/p>\n

Delivery in Chisinau<\/h4>\n

Delivery is free if the purchase amount exceeds 2500 MDL. In other cases, the delivery cost is 50 MDL. In the case of weekend delivery, the delivery cost is 70 MDL.\nTerms of delivery - the Orders are carried out within 24 (twenty-four hours), without exceeding 2 (two) working days.<\/p>\n

Delivery on the territory of the Republic of Moldova<\/h4>\n

Delivery is free if the order amount exceeds 2500 MDL. If the amount of the order does not exceed the value of 2500 MDL, the delivery cost is 70 MDL. In the case of weekend delivery, the delivery cost is 85 MDL, depending on the fluctuations of the cost of transport fuel.\nTerms of delivery of orders are carried out within 24 (twenty-four) hours, without exceeding 2 (two) working days.<\/p>\n

XIII. Return and refund policy<\/h3>\n

Ninox makes every effort to be as accurate as possible. However, Ninox does not warrant that product descriptions or other related materials are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Ninox is different from its related description on the Site, you can return it in compliance with the provisions of the Site's Product Return Policy and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova in force.<\/p>\n

\n\nIn case the delivery is impossible or has not been carried out within the maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of confirmation of the respective Payment Operation, Ninox is obliged to initiate the Revocation of the respective Payment Operation\/Transaction, except in cases where it has been received from the Buyer the express written agreement regarding the extension of the delivery term.<\/p>\n

Risk of loss<\/h4>\n

All items purchased on the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to You upon our delivery to the carrier.
\n\nAfter the Buyer has entered the payment data, confirmed and authorized its execution, it will not be possible to make changes, revoke the payment and return the financial means related to this payment. The provisions of this Law are supplemented by the provisions of Law no. 133\/2011 regarding the protection of personal data, Law no. 114\/2012 regarding payment services and electronic money, Law no. 91\/2014 regarding the electronic signature and the electronic document, Law no. 105\/2003 regarding consumer protection and Law no. 8\/2016 on consumer rights when concluding contracts, and Directive 2000\/31\/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 8, 2000 on certain legal aspects of information society services, especially electronic commerce on the internal market.<\/p>\n

XIX. Litigation - Final and Judicial Dispositions<\/h3>\n

The Ninox\u2019 Terms and Conditions are subject to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this service will be resolved amicably.
